Here’s your simple Habit Tracker!
I’ve created this Habit Tracker to make it easy to monitor your progress as you work towards making your habits automatic, which can happen over time.
Each week, print a fresh new Habit Tracker and write down 5 habits you’d like to work on. Consider core wellness habits such as 20+ minutes of exercise, getting 7+ hours of sleep a night, eating a big serving a vegetables, and so on. As the habit becomes routine for you, typically over 21 days, drop the habit from the Habit Tracker and insert a new habit you’d like to focus on building.
By using this simple method of writing down your progress, you’ll be able to create strong habits that, like brushing our teeth, become automatic each day.
