Hi, friend. Have you been recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder? If you’re feeling:
Overwhelmed by all the things you need to do to keep symptoms in check,
Frustrated with the ups and downs that keep getting in the way of living the life you want, or
Struggling to find the right kind of support...
Or maybe you’ve been living with a bipolar diagnosis for years, but no matter how hard you try, finding stable ground still feels out of reach.
I get it. You want:
To wake up every day feeling excited and confident in your stability,
The freedom of knowing your bipolar symptoms aren’t holding you back anymore, and
A self-care plan that actually brings you joy and helps you look forward to the future.
It’s time for a change. You deserve to feel better, and I’m here to help you make that happen.
Maybe you’ve tried medication but still find yourself struggling, or you’re working with a psychiatrist but not seeing the progress you hoped for. (And just to be clear—please don’t stop taking your medication and seeing your psychiatrist; they both play a crucial role in your journey to balance.) You’ve read all the books on bipolar disorder, but something still feels off, like a missing piece. It’s not your fault that these approaches haven’t fully worked. What might be missing is an extra layer of support—the accountability and encouragement that I can offer as your coach. I’ll be there with you, every step of the way, as we create a plan for lasting bipolar balance.
The quick version of my story
My life with type 1 Bipolar Disorder has had its share of incredibly challenging times. My initial episode of mania in 2005 was followed two weeks later by another, more intense manic episode with psychosis that landed me in a psychiatric ward on Christmas day.
I went on to experience a year-long clinical depression when I decided to quit the job that I had loved and excelled at in order to focus on figuring out my mental health. In subsequent years I would find stability, only to have relapses during the years I was having my children.
Through five hospitalizations for mania, there’s one thing I know for sure: learning to balance our mental health takes work. Work that is made more manageable and attainable by partnering with a coach who has been there. Through experience I’ve come to realize the most important elements needed to cultivate stability and balance despite a bipolar diagnosis and I’ve built them into my program that I can’t wait to share with you.
Introducing the Bipolar Balance program! Born from my own journey of living with and thriving despite a bipolar 1 diagnosis, this program is designed to be your ultimate guide to finding and maintaining mental health balance.
Bipolar Balance is more than just a 90-day coaching program—it’s a journey we’ll take together to help you find long-term stability and balance in your life. Here’s a glimpse into what we’re going to work on:
We’ll craft a personalized self-care plan that fits you perfectly, addressing your unique needs.
During 12 weeks of 45-minute, weekly sessions, I’ll guide you through managing symptoms, building resilience, and finding emotional well-being.
We’ll cultivate practical tools and strategies that are easy to use and can make a real difference in your day-to-day life.
My goal? To help you thrive and live a fulfilling life, no matter what your diagnosis might say. I include email support in between sessions to help you stay on track with your goals, making progress throughout the program.
My coaching philosophy is simple: it’s about transforming your life by mastering self-care. We’ll explore ways to boost your mental, physical, and emotional well-being, all while honoring your individual experiences. I’m all about compassion and commitment, and I bring that energy to every single session.
